A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Anne Geldermann, Anne Geldermann Art, Krahhöhe 13, 96476 Bad Rodach, Germany, Tel.: 0152/52360847, E-Mail: anne.geldermann2612@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid any damage to or soiling of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where appropriate. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage in transit by using suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return goods to us carriage unpaid.
  3. Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not a condition for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
